Welcome to Marlowe & Vale. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to every visit to and purchase from this web store. By placing an order you accept these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before ordering.

2. Products and offers

All product descriptions, images and prices are presented with the greatest possible care. Slight colour deviations can occur due to screen settings and photography. All offers are valid while stocks last. Obvious errors in pricing or product information are not binding; if you have already ordered at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you and offer the choice of confirming at the correct price or cancelling free of charge.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, if any, are shown separately during checkout before you confirm your order. Payment is processed at checkout through the payment methods offered. Your order is only final once payment has been authorised.

4. Order process

After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order. If a product unexpectedly cannot be delivered, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund any payment for the affected item in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery takes place at the address you provide during checkout. Delivery windows communicated on the website are indicative. See our Shipping Policy for details on processing times, carriers and tracking.

6. Returns and cancellation

You may return items within 30 days of receipt in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.

7. Liability

We are only liable for direct damage that is demonstrably caused by a defective product or by our own gross negligence, and in all cases our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
