Orders & shipping

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within the United Kingdom, 5–10 in Europe and 10–21 elsewhere. You will receive a tracking link by e-mail as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout and free on orders over £100.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, yes — e-mail us at vincentadams193@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will sort it out.

Returns & refunds

What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item in its original condition. See our Returns & Refund Policy for the full details.

When will I get my refund?
Within 14 days of us receiving your return, to your original payment method.

Products & sizing

How do your sizes run?
Our pieces follow standard UK sizing. Each product page lists the fit (relaxed, regular or slim). Between sizes? We generally recommend sizing up for relaxed fits and staying true to size for the rest.

Will sold-out items come back?
Sometimes. E-mail us about the piece you are after and we will let you know if a restock is planned.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
The methods shown at checkout, which may include major credit and debit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed over a secure, encrypted connection.

Is my payment information safe?
Yes — payments are handled by a certified payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
