Returns & Refund Policy

30-day return window

You may return any item within 30 days of receiving it, no questions asked. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

How to return

1. Contact us by e-mail at vincentadams193@gmail.com (or by phone at +1 252 248 0211) and mention your order number.
2. You will receive return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it with a tracked service. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm by e-mail and issue your refund within 14 days to the original payment method. The refund covers the product price; original shipping costs are refunded only when the entire order is returned or the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Mention this when you register your return and we will reserve the replacement item for you, subject to availability.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Items excluded from return

For hygiene reasons, earrings and underwear cannot be returned unless faulty. Items marked as final sale are also excluded; this is always clearly indicated on the product page.
