Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and other local payment options. The available methods are always displayed before you confirm your order.

Payment processing

Payments are handled by a certified third-party payment provider over an encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection. We never see or store your full card number, CVC code or banking credentials.

Currency

All prices in the store are displayed in pounds sterling (£). If you pay with a card in another currency, your bank or card issuer determines the exchange rate and possible conversion fees.

When is my payment charged?

Your payment method is charged at the moment you complete checkout. If an order is cancelled before shipment, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method.

Failed or declined payments

If a payment fails, no order is created and nothing is charged. If you see a temporary reservation on your account, it is released automatically by your bank, usually within a few business days.

Fraud prevention

To protect both customers and the store, orders may be screened for fraud. We may contact you to verify an order before shipping it, and we reserve the right to cancel orders that fail verification, with a full refund.
