Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. During busy periods (holidays, sale) processing can take slightly longer; we will let you know if that is the case.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Orders over £100 ship free of charge.

Delivery times

After your order has been handed to the carrier, indicative delivery times are:

• United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• Rest of world: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing or circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a track & trace link so you can follow your package.

Customs and import duties

For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, local import duties or taxes may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a missed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping costs may apply.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date. We will start an investigation with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.
